Terms & Conditions of the Hotel

The administrator of the Hotel “Kompleks Paczółtowice”, hereinafter referred to as the Hotel, is OPEN Wojciech Rabiega.

 

Chapter 1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay at the Hotel and are an integral part of the contract, the conclusion of which takes place by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel. By making the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
The Regulations apply to all Guests staying at the Hotel.
The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception, in each hotel room, as well as on the Hotel website: www.paczoltowice.pl.
The regulations on the website are made available in a form that allows for their storage and reproduction in the ordinary course of activities (in the format of an HTML document and / or PDF). At the Guest’s request, the Hotel will send a copy of the Regulations in PDF format to the Guest’s e-mail address provided by him.
The basis for making the room available is to show the receptionist a photo ID (ID card or passport) and sign the registration card.

 

Chapter. 2 BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The guest can make a reservation:

– directly at the reception,

– on-line at www.paczoltowice.pl by completing the booking form,

– by e-mail: hotel@paczoltowice.pl

– by phone

– or using external on-line booking systems cooperating with the Hotel, for example booking.com – the provisions of § 2 of these Regulations shall not apply to such booking and its cancellation (the regulations of a given external booking system also apply).

A person booking a room is obliged to provide the following data:

– name and surname, contact telephone number, contact e-mail address,

– date of stay,

– room number,

– number of people in the room.

In the case of companies, the full name of the company, its address and tax identification number should be provided.

After making the reservation, the Guest will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation, including in particular the booking conditions and the bank account number for payment, along with the payment terms.
The reservation is effective after making an advance payment of 30% of the amount for the entire stay within 3 days of booking. The advance payment is not refundable in the event of non-performance of the contract by the Guest – including cancellation of the reservation. If the deposit is not credited to the Hotel’s bank account within 3 days of making the reservation, the reservation is canceled.
After receiving the deposit by the Hotel, the Guest will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation on the date chosen by them.
The remaining amount for the stay (not settled by bank transfer before arrival) must be paid in cash or by card on arrival.
Settlement of the stay at the Hotel is based on the current price list. The price list is available when making an on-line booking, for inspection at the hotel reception, in each hotel room, as well as on the hotel’s website: krowodrzahotel.pl

 

Chapter 3 HOTEL NIGHT

A hotel room is rented for hotel nights. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
The hotel night lasts from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day.
Breakfast at the hotel is available from 07:00 to 10:00.
A request to extend the hotel night should be reported by the Guest at the reception as soon as possible. The hotel may not take into account the request to extend the stay in the case of using all accommodation places (rooms) or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations and violate the law on the premises of the hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay at the Hotel in the event of failure to make full payment for the stay so far.

 

Chapter 4 NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE ROOM

The hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the due payment for the stay has not expired.
The guest undertakes not to exceed the number of people staying with him in the room above that specified in the booking or registration card.
Other people can stay in the room as guests from 7:00 to 22:00.
If irregularities are found in this respect, an additional fee will be charged in the amount of the current room price for each of the unreported persons for each night of stay.

 

Chapter 5 USE OF ROOMS

The hotel does not accept pets with the exception of guide dogs.
It is strictly forbidden to bring pets to restaurants, cafes and hotels. Exceptions are guide dogs for the blind or visually impaired.
All damages to the property of the Hotel or the property of other Guests caused by animals are charged to the Guest who introduced the animal to the Hotel.
Children under the age of 13 should be in the room and the hotel under the constant supervision of legal guardians.

Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by the actions of the children.
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices, as well as the hotel room and building itself, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
The exchange of bed linen in the rooms as standard takes place every two days, unless, at the express request of the guest, such exchange is indicated and additionally payable.
Each time a Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he should turn off the TV and other devices, turn off the light, turn off the taps and lock the windows and doors.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, heaters, irons and other electrical devices in the room that are not part of the room equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
In the event of loss and loss of the keys to the room, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100 for the purchase and replacement of the lock.
The hotel is accessible for disabled people, in accordance with applicable regulations. For example, the hotel has: rooms adapted to the needs of mobility impaired guests, ramps at the main entrances to the Hotel and ramps on the premises of the Hotel enabling wheelchair access. Hotel receptions, restaurants and public toilets are also adapted for physically disabled guests.

 

Chapter 6 HOTEL LIABILITY

The hotel is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code. Motor vehicles and things left in them and live animals are not considered to be brought in.
Please notify the Reception Desk about any damage immediately after you discover it.
Hotel – in accordance with Art. 849 par. 3 of the Civil Code – has the right to refuse to deposit money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to security or if in relation to the size or standard of the Hotel they are of too high value or when they take up too much space.

Chapter 7 RETURN OF LOST ITEMS

Items, including personal use, left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense.
In the event of not receiving from the Guest an instruction to send back the items left behind or refusing to collect the returned items and covering the costs of returning them, the Lessor will store the above items at the Guest’s expense for a period of two weeks, and after this period he will deal with the items in accordance with the provisions on lost or found or abandoned items.

 

Chapter 8 NIGHT SILENCE

There is a curfew in the hotel from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
During the quiet hours, guests are required to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other guests in any way.

 

Chapter 9 COMPLAINTS

The guest has the right to make a complaint. Complaints, complaints and all grievances should be sent to the e-mail address: hotel@paczoltowice.pl
The complaint is considered within 14 days of its receipt. The guest will be immediately notified by e – mail or post about the method of its consideration.

 

Chapter 10 PERSONAL DATA

When filling in the data in the booking form or in the registration card, please provide personal data (name and surname), home address, telephone number, e-mail address, number of people who will be in the room (divided into adults and children), date of arrival and leave the room. Additionally, you have the option of consenting to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes by selecting the appropriate box on the form.
The administrator of your personal data provided in connection with the use of the services offered by the Administrator of personal data is OPEN Wojciech Rabiega.

The administrator processes your personal data pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 94/46 / EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) – i.e. the processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party – i.e. a hotel room use contract. If you have consented to the sending of marketing content to you, the Administrator will also process personal data based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR – i.e. based on your consent to the processing of personal data.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract with the Administrator. Providing your personal data is also voluntary in order to enable the Administrator to send you marketing content, but without providing this data, the Administrator will not be able to inform you about the services provided.

The administrator will store your personal data until the expiry of the limitation of claims related to the contract you have concluded with the Administrator. Personal data processed by the Administrator on the basis of your consent will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of the Administrator’s business activity, unless you use your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes beforehand.
The administrator will transfer your personal data only to its suppliers to whom it has commissioned services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service provider, accounting service provider, legal service provider, marketing department. All entities to which your personal data will be transferred will process it on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
the right to access your personal data,
the right to request the rectification of your personal data,
the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
the right to object to the processing of your personal data due to your special situation – in cases where the Administrator will process personal data on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest,
the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive from the Administrator your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request the Administrator to send this data to another administrator. The administrator will make such a transfer, if technically possible. You have the right to transfer personal data only with regard to the personal data that the Administrator processes in connection with the contract concluded with you or on the basis of your consent.
You can exercise the rights referred to in paragraph 8 by contacting the Administrator in accordance with paragraph 3 of this paragraph.
To the extent that your personal data is processed on the basis of consent (i.e. personal data processed for marketing purposes) – you have the right to withdraw your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data, which was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending a declaration of withdrawal of consent to the Administrator’s address indicated in paragraph 2 of this section or in accordance with paragraph 3 of this section.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR) regarding the processing of your personal data by the Administrator in the manner and in the manner specified in the provisions of the GDPR and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling).

 

Chapter 11 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Smoking, candles and open fire are strictly forbidden in the rooms and the hotel building. For violating the smoking ban, the Guest may be charged a fee in the amount constituting the cost of intervention by special services or the equivalent of room deodorization, washing curtains, curtains and bedspreads.
It is forbidden to store dangerous and prohibited by law items in the room – including weapons and ammunition, flammable materials, explosives.
Guests are not allowed to make any permanent changes to the room and its equipment.
